Project managed the design, development and rollout of a customised Navision application across 27 sites with 600 users. SQL Platform and CSide, Citrix thin client technology, with all database servers sited in a central data centre.

This project involved managing in house development and in house site implementation team reporting directly to the project manager.

The solution includes :-

• High exploitation of Navision dimensions functionality to eradicate internal inter company transaction.

• Product and manufacturing specification, including print management, quality, multi layer recipes, all resulting in standard BOMs and Routings.

• Scanning and RF warehouse technology with touch screen thin client on board terminals / Scanners operated directly from the fork lifts.

• PlanX10 capacity scheduling on all major sites. (12 Installations) Including the ability to manage capacity between sites, and adjust routing and BOM data to suit.

• Specific customisation for costing and pricing in a volatile raw material market (polymer)

• OLAP technology data warehouse with easy access report generation and interrogation of data using Intelligent Apps front end.

• Various ongoing projects include E-Commerce and Navision Integration with plant and equipment.
