• Plan movements restricted by previous operations even if they are independent works orders linked by reservation.
• Compatible with Navision, Axapta, SAP,MfgPro and Manufacturing.
• Movements can be restricted by availability of raw materials, including due date of relevant purchase orders. All restrictions can be viewed to enable resolving of problems as required.
• Planned downtimes and shutdowns are considered by the planning engine. If Maintenance module is used, planned and emergency downtime is fed directly to the plan, giving real time start and end times.
• Modify the capacity within the graphic.

• Fix Operations
Fix operations to a date and time, these cannot be moved by circumstance, planner or reschedule. This order has a delivery penalty clause “Must not be late” You may choose to absolutely fix date, time and machine of one operation.
• Flexible Simulation
This feature allows to eliminate the restrictions one by one or several at a time in order to simulate effects. Delays by item histogram can be seen, each bar representing the works orders with the most delays.
